Our challenge to you – get out there and dance!!!
Whether you’re out at a party, in your room, or just with your friends! Dancing is a great form of exercise, it can be a fun way to get your mind off stressful things and it can even build confidence. As much as we all love to dance when there’s nobody watching, there’s something irresistible about dancing with other people. Anyone can just start to dance and enjoy the experience. Nervous about dancing in front of people? Start out in your own living room, moving to a song you just can’t resist. There’s a dancer in all of us! When we move our body to the music we naturally smile and want to keep moving, who cares where you are!
